Terms & Conditions
Welcome to BIZZCHAT ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
You must register for an account using a valid mobile number and OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
3. SERVICES PROVIDED
Our Platform includes the following:
- Chatting Service: One-to-one and group chats with multimedia sharing.
- Online Buying & Selling: Users can list products/services and make purchases directly.
- Service Booking: Users can book appointments or services offered by others.
We only provide a technology platform and are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers or service providers and users.
4. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law.
- Use the Platform for any fraudulent, illegal, or misleading activities.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Post or transmit harmful, defamatory, obscene, sexual or abusive content.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operations or security features.
- Use bots, scrapers, or any unauthorized means to access data.
5. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, software, databases, UI/UX, and content created by us, are owned by us or our licensors.
Users retain rights to their submitted content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Platform.
We reserve the right to remove any content at our descrete decision or that violates these Terms.
6. TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENTS
We are not responsible for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or delivery of products/services.
- Disputes between users (buyer/seller/service provider).
- Refunds, returns, or warranties.
If we enable payment gateways or escrow services, they are handled by third-party providers, and their terms will apply.
7. SERVICE PROVIDER & SELLER OBLIGATIONS
If you offer products or services:
- You must comply with all applicable laws (including tax and consumer protection laws).
- You must not list prohibited or restricted items/services according to Law.
- You agree to fulfill all confirmed bookings or orders responsibly.
8. TERMINATION, SUSPENSION or DELETE
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Illegal or harmful behavior.
- At our sole discretion, with or without notice.
Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your BizzChat account at any time. To delete your account:
- Open the BizzChat mobile application
- Go to your Profile page
- Select "Delete Account" from the account settings menu
- Confirm your decision in the warning dialog
Upon account deletion:
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
- You will lose access to all your account information, chat history, orders, and other data
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
- You will no longer be able to log in to BizzChat using your deleted account credentials
If you experience any issues deleting your account through the app, please contact our support team at bizzchatcontact@gmail.com for assistance.
We will process account deletion requests within 7 business days. Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, but will be anonymized and not associated with your identity.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform.
- We are not liable for any user content or third-party services.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Use or misuse of the Platform.
- Interaction or transactions with other users.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan Jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or courts located in Pakistan Jurisdiction.
13. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
